Job Overview

Elite Hire Services (EHS) is hiring experienced technical professionals for a cement industry project in Qatar. Multiple positions are available across electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, mechanical, fabrication, and millwright disciplines.

The positions are suited to skilled technical professionals with relevant industrial experience. Cement industry experience is mandatory for all listed positions except the HVAC Technician role. Successful candidates will contribute to equipment maintenance, industrial operations, installation, troubleshooting, fabrication, and technical support within a cement industry project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance, installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair activities according to the assigned trade.
• Support safe and efficient operation of industrial equipment and systems.
• Diagnose technical faults and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Follow project specifications, technical procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to complete assigned activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment, work areas, and technical documentation as required.
• Follow applicable industrial safety procedures and site requirements.
• Support project execution and operational continuity within the cement industry environment.

Electrician – 04 Positions

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Inspect electrical systems and equipment and identify faults.
• Support preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.

Instrument Technician – 04 Positions

• Maintain, inspect, calibrate, and troubleshoot industrial instrumentation and control systems.
• Support instrument testing and fault diagnosis.
• Assist with maintaining reliable plant instrumentation.

HVAC Technician – 02 Positions

• Install, maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose HVAC-related faults.
• Ensure HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently.

Millwright Technician – 02 Positions

• Install, maintain, align, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Perform mechanical inspections and troubleshooting.
• Support equipment maintenance and reliability activities.

Fitter / Mechanical Technician – 07 Positions

• Perform mechanical fitting, maintenance, installation, and repair activities.
• Inspect mechanical components and identify equipment issues.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Fabricator – 02 Positions

• Perform industrial fabrication and related metalwork activities.
• Read and work from technical drawings and specifications where required.
• Complete fabrication tasks according to project quality and safety requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification, trade certification, or vocational training in the applicable discipline is preferred.
• Relevant professional or technical certifications are an advantage.
• Proven experience in the relevant technical trade.
• Cement industry experience is mandatory for Electrician, Instrument Technician, Millwright Technician, Fitter / Mechanical Technician, and Fabricator positions.
• Cement industry experience is not mandatory for the HVAC Technician position.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to follow technical procedures, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an industrial project environment.
• Relevant health, safety, and technical training is beneficial.
