Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and solution requirements.
• Support Retail Banking and Customer Lifecycle Management initiatives.
• Analyze customer onboarding processes and recommend process enhancements.
• Work closely with development, testing, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create business requirement documents, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for Agile project management and documentation.
• Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel and SQL to support business decisions.
• Participate in Agile and Waterfall project delivery activities.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and banking technology implementations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven Business Analyst experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Retail Banking
  • Customer Onboarding
  • Customer Lifecycle Management
  • Cards Domain
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • JIRA
  • Confluence
  • Microsoft Excel
  • SQL
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within UAE banking institutions or international/Western corporate environments.
• Knowledge of Banking APIs, Open Banking, FinTech integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as:
  • CBAP
  • CCBA
  • PMI-PBA
  • Scrum Master
  • Equivalent Business Analysis certifications
• Experience supporting the complete customer journey, including onboarding, servicing, retention, and lifecycle optimization.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and industry certification.
