Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and operational teams.
• Analyze, map, and optimize cargo handling business processes.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Coordinate with development, quality assurance, and project teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Ensure delivered business solutions align with operational objectives and business requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, project documentation, and status updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong experience within Cargo Handling, Logistics, or Aviation operations.
• Experience in aviation or airport operations is preferred.
