Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Business Analysis teams across complex enterprise-level initiatives.
• Provide direction, mentoring, and professional development support to Business Analysts.
• Lead Business Analysis activities for large-scale transformation projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear and actionable specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and operational requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical or delivery teams.
• Establish and maintain effective Business Analysis practices and standards.
• Support requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
• Identify business process improvement and transformation opportunities.
• Ensure Business Analysis deliverables meet project and organizational requirements.
• Monitor BA team performance and support consistent delivery across initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis.
• Proven experience leading Business Analysis teams.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale or enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience working across complex business and technology environments.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Candidates must be based in Egypt or Saudi Arabia.
• Willingness to work between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Relevant Business Analysis, project management, Agile, or transformation certifications are advantageous.
