Job Overview

Our client is seeking BIM MEP Modelers to join its team in Dubai, UAE. Two vacancies are available for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and strong proficiency in Revit MEP.

This opportunity is open to both experienced candidates and fresh graduates, making it suitable for professionals beginning their BIM careers as well as candidates with existing MEP modeling experience. Knowledge of additional BIM-related software will be considered an advantage.

The role provides an opportunity for career growth and professional development within the building information modeling and MEP engineering sector. Candidates will have the opportunity to strengthen their Revit MEP capabilities, develop BIM coordination skills, and gain practical exposure to modern digital construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Support mechanical and electrical BIM modeling activities.
• Prepare and update BIM models according to project requirements.
• Assist with MEP coordination and multidisciplinary BIM workflows.
• Review models for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, BIM, and project teams to support project deliverables.
• Apply Revit MEP tools and workflows effectively throughout project activities.
• Support the preparation and organization of BIM-related project information.
• Identify and communicate modeling or coordination issues to relevant team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM modeling and coordination processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP.
• Knowledge of additional BIM-related software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of MEP engineering and BIM modeling principles.
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability and willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
