We are seeking experienced Automation Testers with expertise in Java or Python to join an onsite team in Malaysia. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks while collaborating with development and quality assurance teams to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle. The role requires hands-on experience with automation tools, API testing, version control, and database troubleshooting in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java or Python.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and automation test cases.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Pytest, and related tools.
• Perform API testing using Postman.
• Troubleshoot application issues using SQL queries.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to identify and resolve software defects.
• Manage source code using Git and support CI/CD workflows through Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Prepare test reports and document testing activities.
• Ensure software quality by following established testing methodologies and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in automation testing.

Java Automation Stack
