Job Overview

MIS – Al Moammar Information Systems is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The role focuses on AI/ML engineering, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.

The successful candidate will integrate AI models and APIs into enterprise software applications while managing the complete model lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, evaluation, optimization, and real-time monitoring. The position requires strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with leading AI and machine learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for business and operational use cases.
• Develop and integrate machine learning and deep learning models into enterprise applications and platforms.
• Build Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Develop AI solutions using Python and relevant machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Integrate AI models, APIs, and services into enterprise software applications.
• Perform data preparation, model training, evaluation, optimization, and monitoring.
• Implement AI solutions suitable for real-time and production environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Contribute to scalable, reliable, secure, and well-documented AI architecture.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to solution design.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Support continuous improvement of AI/ML solutions and model performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Machine Learning.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or comparable AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and/or AI agents.
• Experience integrating AI models and APIs into enterprise applications.
• Experience working with APIs and databases.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and data processing techniques.
• Familiarity with Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud AI/ML platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD, and MLOps is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.
