Job Overview
Master Works is seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that address real-world business challenges. The role is suited to an AI professional with strong capabilities across machine learning, deep learning, data engineering, and software development, with the ability to take AI models from research and experimentation through to production.
The successful candidate will develop end-to-end AI pipelines covering data collection, preprocessing, model training, deployment, and ongoing optimization. The position also involves working with large datasets, integrating AI solutions with existing systems, and improving model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and big data analytics.
- Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines from data collection and preprocessing through model deployment.
- Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify actionable business insights.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
- Develop scalable and reliable AI solutions for production environments.
- Monitor and evaluate AI model performance after deployment.
- Continuously improve model accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Work with cross-functional teams on AI-related projects and initiatives.
- Guide and train team members in AI technologies and best practices.
- Implement MLOps practices for model deployment and lifecycle management.
- Apply software engineering best practices to AI development.
- Support responsible and secure implementation of AI solutions.
- Work with emerging technologies including LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong professional experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
- Strong ability to work with and analyze large datasets.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and software integration.
- Experience with Git and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of model deployment and production AI environments.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or prompt engineering.
- Understanding of data privacy and information security principles.
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
