Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join a technology team in Dubai. This on-site opportunity is designed for professionals with 6–9 years of experience in artificial intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI product development.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in Python, GenAI, LLMs, Multi-Agentic AI, RAG, and Multimodal AI. Hands-on experience with modern AI development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen is required, along with proven experience taking AI solutions from development through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
• Develop Multi-Agentic AI systems and intelligent agent workflows.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Develop multimodal AI applications capable of working with different data modalities.
• Use Python to build scalable AI applications and services.
• Work with AI development frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
• Contribute to AI product development from concept and experimentation through production deployment.
• Apply data science and machine learning techniques to business and product requirements.
• Optimize AI solutions for reliability, scalability, performance, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Stay current with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, and multimodal technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6–9 years of professional experience in AI Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong experience with Multi-Agentic AI.
• Practical experience implementing RAG solutions.
• Experience with Multimodal AI.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of:
  • LangChain
  • LangGraph
  • CrewAI
  • AutoGen
• Proven experience in AI product development.
• Strong background in Data Science and AI/ML technologies.
• Proven experience taking AI solutions into production.
• Strong understanding of production-grade AI application development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai.
• Immediate availability and current local availability in Dubai/UAE are required.
