The available positions include AI Engineer / Agentic AI Developer, Full Stack Developer – AI Stack, and Full Stack Developer. Position 1: AI Engineer / Agentic AI Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications and intelligent agents.
• Develop Agentic AI workflows capable of reasoning, planning, task execution, and orchestration.
• Build and integrate Large Language Model (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, cloud services, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Optimize AI models, prompts, workflows, and overall solution performance.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous solution enhancements.
• Develop use cases using local AI models and on-premises tools as required.
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Professional experience in AI engineering, Agentic AI, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of LLM-based application development.
• Experience with RAG and multi-agent architectures.
• Understanding of AI workflow orchestration, reasoning, planning, and task execution.
• Experience integrating AI applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of on-premises AI deployments and local models.
• Strong understanding of AI security, governance, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and deployment materials.

Position 2: Full Stack Developer – AI Stack | React & Next.js

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications.
• Develop modern front-end applications using React and Next.js.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and web applications.
• Develop secure and scalable backend services and APIs.
• Integrate applications with AI services, enterprise systems, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Support continuous application improvements and technical enhancements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js.
• Full Stack development experience with enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of front-end and backend development principles.
• Experience building and integrating APIs.
• Experience working with databases and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Position 3: Full Stack Developer – React, Next.js & Nest.js

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of enterprise applications.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces and dashboards.
• Build secure, scalable APIs and backend services.
• Develop front-end applications using React and Next.js.
• Develop backend services using Nest.js.
• Integrate applications with AI services, enterprise systems, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Support continuous application improvements and enterprise technology initiatives.

• Strong Full Stack development experience.
• Hands-on experience with React and Next.js.
• Strong backend development experience using Nest.js.
