Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions in the UAE. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models, and modern cloud-based AI platforms, with particular emphasis on Agentic AI and autonomous AI systems.

The successful candidate will design and deploy Agentic AI solutions, multi-agent systems, AI orchestration workflows, and production-ready AI applications. The role will involve working with Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise APIs, data platforms, and modern DevOps and containerization technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning solutions.
• Develop and productionize machine learning algorithms and models.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions and autonomous AI agents.
• Develop multi-agent systems and agent-based workflow automation.
• Implement AI orchestration frameworks for complex enterprise use cases.
• Design AI applications using Azure AI Foundry, Salesforce Agentforce, or comparable platforms.
• Develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications using OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and enterprise LLM integrations.
• Develop AI solutions using strong Python programming capabilities.
• Design and implement AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Support cloud infrastructure, AI services, deployment, and production operations.
• Develop and integrate data processing pipelines and enterprise data platforms.
• Work with data lakes and enterprise data architectures.
• Integrate AI applications with Salesforce CRM, CMS platforms, enterprise APIs, and other business systems.
• Develop REST/API integrations between AI solutions and enterprise applications.
• Implement containerized AI applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for production AI deployments.
• Monitor and optimize production AI systems for reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Contribute to enterprise AI solution architecture and systems integration.
• Ensure adherence to architecture governance, code quality, and technical standards.
• Implement secure AI architectures addressing security, privacy, and responsible AI requirements.
• Support AI and data governance initiatives within regulated environments.
• Collaborate with technical, business, risk, compliance, and architecture stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Proven experience with ML algorithms and model development and deployment.
• Strong experience designing AI solutions and deploying them into production environments.
• Critical requirement: Hands-on experience designing and deploying Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with AI orchestration and agent-based workflow automation.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Salesforce Agentforce, or similar Agentic AI platforms.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Java or C++ experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture.
• Experience with Azure AI services and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Strong understanding of LLM integration, prompting, RAG, and AI application development.
• Experience with data processing, data pipelines, data architecture, and data lakes.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms.
• Strong REST/API integration experience.
• Experience integrating AI with Salesforce CRM, CMS platforms, data lakes, and enterprise APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, production deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong enterprise AI solution architecture and systems integration experience.
• Understanding of architecture governance, code quality, and technical standards.
• Strong knowledge of AI security and data privacy.
• Understanding of responsible and governed AI practices.

Mandatory Domain Experience

• Proven AI or digital transformation experience within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
