Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Developer specializing in C#/.NET and artificial intelligence technologies for a hybrid contract opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia. The role is focused on developing AI-powered applications and agentic AI solutions while applying strong software engineering practices across modern cloud and distributed technology environments.
The successful candidate will contribute to AI Agent and Agentic AI development, API and microservices architecture, MCP Server development, cloud-based production environments, and automated software delivery. The position requires strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, Python scripting, GCP or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD, YAML, and GitHub Actions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using C#/.NET.
- Develop and implement AI Agent and Agentic AI solutions.
- Design and build scalable API and microservices architectures.
- Develop and integrate MCP Server architecture and functionality.
- Develop Python scripts and supporting automation components.
- Deploy and maintain applications in GCP and/or Azure production environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using YAML and GitHub Actions.
- Containerize applications using Docker.
- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications using Kubernetes and Helm.
- Develop scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical solutions and architecture.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce software engineering best practices.
- Mentor developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment issues.
- Support continuous improvement of development and deployment processes.
- Stay current with emerging AI, cloud, software engineering, and agentic AI technologies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong professional experience in AI development and software engineering.
- Hands-on experience developing AI Agent or Agentic AI solutions.
- Minimum 4 years of C#/.NET development experience.
- Strong understanding of API and microservices architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of production experience with GCP and/or Azure.
- Minimum 2 years of Python scripting experience.
- Hands-on experience with MCP Server architecture and development.
- Experience with CI/CD, YAML, and GitHub Actions.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated mentoring and technical leadership capabilities.
- Preferred experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Go.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools is advantageous.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant AI, cloud, Kubernetes, .NET, or software engineering certifications are advantageous.
- Candidates must be local to Georgia (GA).
- Availability for an in-person final-round interview is required.
