Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Support accounting and auditing engagements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
• Collaborate with audit and finance teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all accounting activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• ACCA, CA, or ICWAI (Inter).

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Accounting & Auditing firm.
• Experience in Financial Statements (FS) preparation.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Understanding of financial statement preparation.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and audit procedures.

Soft Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an audit and accounting environment.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate
