Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation and maintenance of 5G Core network nodes.
• Manage and maintain MSS, MGW, HLR, IPSTP, HSS, UDC, DSC, EIR, PG, UPG, Backup Server, CCDM, CCRC, CCSM, CCES, SC, EDA2, NeLS, and related systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Configure and verify 5G Core network elements to ensure reliability and consistency.
• Analyze on-demand performance of core network components.
• Perform software updates, patch management, and preventive maintenance.
• Develop maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and service disruption.
• Collaborate with network engineering teams to optimize network performance.
• Document incidents, root cause analysis, and technical resolutions.
• Participate in network design discussions and provide operational recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with customer security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform configuration audits and support internal and external compliance activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field engineering and front-office teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related Information Technology discipline.

Experience

• Proven experience in 5G Core network operations and maintenance.
• Experience managing 5G Core nodes including vHSS/vHLR, UDC, DSC, EIR, PG, vUPG, Backup Server, CCDM, CCRC, CCSM, SC, EDA2, and NeLS.
