Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Support social security-related processes.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
- Support compliance with applicable Jordanian labor laws.
- Coordinate HR and personnel matters with employees and relevant departments.
- Maintain organized HR records and follow up on outstanding personnel matters.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Female candidate.
- 1β2 years of experience in human resources and personnel.
- Experience using the Al Mina HR system.
- Experience managing personnel files and employee records.
