Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary according to the selected position and may include:

  • Lead IT and operational activities within assigned project functions.
  • Manage project and operational teams and day-to-day service delivery.
  • Monitor technology environments and identify potential service issues.
  • Manage proactive monitoring activities and operational performance.
  • Work with monitoring and observability platforms such as AppDynamics, Site24x7, Dynatrace, Splunk, and ManageEngine, where applicable.
  • Monitor and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide technical support and resolve technical service issues.
  • Manage incidents and service requests according to established processes.
  • Lead technical support, monitoring, quality, or incident-management teams where applicable.
  • Conduct quality supervision and service evaluations.
  • Prepare reports and support operational performance reviews.
  • Deliver or coordinate technical and service-related training.
  • Support continuous improvement of digital and technical services.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to maintain service quality and operational performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

Management & Senior Technical Roles

For applicable management and senior technical positions:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
  • Relevant professional experience based on the selected position.
  • Expertise in applicable monitoring and technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of SLA and KPI management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for team-lead and management positions.

Support & Operational Roles

For Technical Support and Incident & Request positions:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, Technical Support, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience based on the selected position.
  • Strong technical support and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to work within structured service and operational processes.

Quality & Training Roles

For Quality Team Leader and Quality / Reports / Training Specialist positions:

  • University degree.
  • Experience in digital-service quality supervision and evaluation.
  • Relevant experience in quality management, reporting, training, or service evaluation.
  • COPC exposure is preferred for the Quality Team Leader position.
