Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud & DevOps Lead with 8–10 years of professional experience to lead cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and high-performing technical teams across enterprise environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing secure, scalable, and reliable Azure cloud solutions while supporting enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps practices, with a focus on ensuring infrastructure reliability, performance, scalability, and security. The Cloud & DevOps Lead will also provide technical leadership and contribute to strategic cloud architecture and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cloud architecture and DevOps initiatives across enterprise environments.
• Design secure, scalable, and high-performance Azure cloud solutions.
• Establish and improve modern DevOps practices and processes.
• Lead and mentor high-performing Cloud and DevOps engineering teams.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes-based environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Drive cloud automation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure reliability, performance, scalability, and security.
• Establish appropriate cloud architecture and DevOps standards.
• Support enterprise cloud transformation programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on cloud architecture and transformation initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Architecture, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience implementing and improving DevOps practices.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Experience with cloud transformation initiatives.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
