Job Overview

Raqmiyat is seeking an experienced AI Analyst / Senior System Analyst – AI to support AI solution design and implementation in Dubai, UAE. The position is suited to professionals with 7+ years of experience in AI, system analysis, or AI solution design, with hands-on experience delivering AI solutions for enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering, system analysis, AI solution design, documentation, and implementation. Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and AI Agents is required, along with experience in Python, SQL, APIs, and system integrations.

Finance, Tax, and Government-related project experience is mandatory, while government-related AI implementation experience is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements for AI-driven solutions.
• Gather and document requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
• Perform detailed system analysis and translate requirements into AI solution designs.
• Design and support implementation of AI solutions for enterprise environments.
• Work with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, Machine Learning, and AI Agent technologies.
• Develop solution documentation and technical specifications.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in AI, System Analysis, or AI Solution Design.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of:
