Job Overview
We are seeking a Network Engineer to support and manage network infrastructure while providing onsite IT helpdesk and technical support. The role is suitable for IT professionals with hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, firewall and switch management, and enterprise server environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, resolving network-related issues, managing firewalls and switches, and supporting Nutanix servers. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain firewalls and network switches.
- Manage and support Nutanix server infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related technical issues.
- Monitor network infrastructure and address connectivity problems.
- Provide onsite IT helpdesk and technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Provide end-user technical assistance and support.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Maintain effective documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in an IT-related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT helpdesk.
- Hands-on experience managing firewalls and switches.
- Experience with Nutanix server management.
- Strong network troubleshooting skills.
- Good IT helpdesk and end-user support capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide onsite technical support and resolve issues efficiently.
