Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a Senior Solution Architect – Network & Security / Technical Lead to lead the design and development of complex enterprise ICT, networking, cybersecurity, datacenter, and cloud solutions. The role is suited to an experienced technical leader with a strong background in enterprise solution architecture within a System Integrator (SI) or OEM environment.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across Network & Security Architecture, Datacenter Technologies, Cloud Solutions, High-Level Design (HLD), and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) validation. Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, Zero-Trust architectures, and secure datacenter and cloud environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Network & Security solution architecture and design.
• Develop and review High-Level Designs (HLDs) for complex ICT environments.
• Design secure enterprise networking, datacenter, and cloud solutions.
• Validate technical solutions, architectures, and BOQs.
• Evaluate and integrate OEM technologies into enterprise solutions.
• Develop secure and scalable architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Apply Zero-Trust architecture principles to enterprise environments.
• Ensure solutions address cybersecurity and secure infrastructure requirements.
• Provide technical leadership throughout solution development and delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and present proposed solutions.
• Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
• Support solution reviews, technical discussions, and presentations.
• Consider applicable Qatar market regulations and cybersecurity requirements.
• Align proposed solutions with relevant NCSA-QCSF standards where applicable.
• Collaborate with SI, OEM, technical, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Professional Experience

• 10+ years of experience in ICT, Network & Security solution design.
• At least 4 years of enterprise solution architecture experience within a System Integrator (SI) or OEM environment.
• Proven experience leading complex Network & Security architecture initiatives.

Certifications

Candidates should hold an expert-level certification such as:

• CCIE
• HCIE
• CISSP

An architecture methodology certification is also required, with TOGAF Certified preferred, in accordance with the specified framework requirements.
