Job Overview

Al Rayan Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Draftsman to join its construction team in Dubai on an urgent basis. The role is suitable for professionals with 3–4 years of UAE/Dubai experience and strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining technical construction drawings, including shop drawings and as-built drawings. Experience with civil or architectural drawings, combined with a strong understanding of construction documentation and technical details, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate civil and architectural technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop and update shop drawings according to project requirements.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on completed construction works.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical details.
• Coordinate drawing requirements with engineers, site teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Incorporate revisions and technical changes into project drawings.
• Maintain organized drawing records and documentation.
• Ensure drawings are prepared accurately and within required project timelines.
• Support construction teams with accurate technical drawing information.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of UAE/Dubai experience as a Draftsman.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Civil or Architectural drawings is preferred.
• Practical experience preparing Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and technical details.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively within construction project teams.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be highly preferred.
• Relevant drafting, AutoCAD, or technical certification is advantageous.
