Job Overview

Bramwith Consulting is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to support the tactical execution of the company’s AI strategy within a FinTech software environment. Reporting directly to the CTO, the successful candidate will work on AI solutions across trading, logistics, and risk management software, with a strong focus on production-grade artificial intelligence.

The role covers Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, Generative AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Agentic AI. The position combines AI/ML model development with automation, AI application engineering, evaluation, security, and operationalization.

This is a senior-level opportunity offering exposure to enterprise AI architecture, financial technology, and production GenAI systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead tactical execution of the company’s AI strategy under the direction of the CTO.
  • Design and develop AI-powered conversational experiences for SaaS platforms.
  • Build production-grade LLM applications using prompting, RAG, tool use, and orchestration.
  • Design and implement agentic AI workflows.
  • Develop and optimize machine learning and AI models.
  • Build evaluation frameworks covering latency, accuracy, safety, and hallucination risk.
  • Establish AI guardrails supporting compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
  • Architect scalable enterprise AI services with observability, failover, and access control.
  • Design retrieval pipelines across structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Implement AI-powered internal productivity solutions for code generation, testing, CI/CD, and content generation.
  • Develop automation and Generative AI solutions for business applications.
  • Support AI/ML development and operationalization in production environments.
  • Work with vector databases, Elasticsearch, cloud platforms, and modern AI infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with technical leadership and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience building production LLM/Generative AI systems.
  • Must currently be based in Dubai; relocation is not provided.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • TypeScript or Go experience is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • LLMs and Generative AI
    • OpenAI APIs
    • Anthropic
    • Open-source LLMs
    • Embeddings
    • Fine-tuning
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, FastAPI, MLflow, and Hugging Face.
  • Strong understanding of RAG, NLP, ML, Agentic AI, and AI orchestration.
  • Experience with vector databases and Elasticsearch.
  • Knowledge of Azure and AKS.
  • Experience with Docker, Redis, Postgres, and GraphQL.
  • Strong understanding of AI evaluation, security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
  • Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary: AED 20,000–25,000 per month plus package.
