Job Overview

GenITeam Solutions is seeking experienced Senior Full Stack Developers to join a multicultural technology team supporting the development of scalable web applications. The role focuses on modern full-stack development using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD technologies.

The successful candidates will develop responsive user interfaces, scalable backend services, optimized databases, and cloud-based applications. The role also involves application testing, monitoring, debugging, performance optimization, code reviews, and collaboration with Design, QA, and Product teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Build reusable UI components and responsive user interfaces.
• Implement Next.js SSR and SSG solutions.
• Develop modern applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases and SQL queries.
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Work with GCP services including Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Storage.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker.
• Work with Kubernetes and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct application testing, monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain development quality standards.
• Collaborate with Design, QA, and Product teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence.
• Support scalable and reliable application architecture.
• Contribute to modern cloud and DevOps practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• TypeScript experience is preferred.
• Strong SQL and database optimization knowledge.
• Experience developing scalable and responsive web applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud deployment and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to mentor and support junior developers.
• Arabic and English language proficiency are mandatory.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Microservices or serverless architecture.
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
• OAuth2, JWT, or Firebase Authentication.
• UI/UX and accessibility knowledge.
• Experience with scalable cloud-native architectures.
