Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analysis & Business Intelligence (BI) Expert to support data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and visualization initiatives in Qatar. The role is particularly focused on candidates with hands-on e-Invoicing experience and strong Tax Domain expertise, combined with extensive experience in data-driven business solutions.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of BI solutions, reporting systems, dashboards, visual analytics, and data validation processes. The role will also involve working closely with stakeholders and Data Science / Machine Learning teams to translate complex data into reliable business insights and actionable reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions.
• Develop BI solution architectures and reporting systems.
• Create interactive dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
• Develop business reports and data visualization components.
• Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
• Perform data validation and ensure consistency across reporting systems.
• Support e-Invoicing and tax-related data analysis requirements.
• Develop and enhance UI and front-end components for analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Work closely with Data Science and Machine Learning teams.
• Identify data quality issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support data-driven decision-making through accurate and timely reporting.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex business and data challenges.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BI and reporting processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• 16+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with e-Invoicing is mandatory.
• Strong experience in the Tax Domain is mandatory.
• Extensive experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
• Strong experience designing BI solutions and reporting systems.
• Proven experience developing dashboards and visual analytics.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and visualization capabilities.
• Experience with data validation and reporting consistency.
• Knowledge of UI/front-end components for analytics solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Data Science and Machine Learning teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Relevant BI, Data Analytics, or related professional certifications are an advantage.
