Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Professional to support enterprise IT infrastructure, systems administration, virtualization, storage, backup, endpoint management, and IT service management operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong technical exposure to enterprise infrastructure platforms and the ability to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient IT environments.

The successful candidate will work across virtualization, storage, backup, Linux administration, endpoint management, monitoring, and cloud technologies. Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, proactive problem-solving, patching, and vulnerability remediation will be important for maintaining infrastructure performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise IT infrastructure and systems.
• Manage VMware ESXi, vCenter, Aria, VxRail, and PowerCLI environments.
• Support Dell EMC storage and data protection technologies.
• Administer RHEL environments and perform systems maintenance.
• Monitor infrastructure using SolarWinds and related enterprise monitoring solutions.
• Support endpoint, mobile device, and IT service management platforms.
• Manage backup and data protection environments using Commvault and Dell PowerProtect technologies.
• Support cloud infrastructure and services, including OCI.
• Perform regular patching and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, systems, and service-related issues.
• Apply ITIL-based practices to IT service operations and incident management.
• Proactively identify infrastructure risks and recommend appropriate improvements.
• Maintain system reliability, availability, and operational performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Practical experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and systems administration.
• Experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, Aria, VxRail, and PowerCLI.
• Knowledge of Dell EMC OneFS Storage, ObjectScale, PowerProtect DD, and PowerProtect Data Manager.
• Experience with SolarWinds and enterprise infrastructure monitoring.
• RHEL administration experience.
• Knowledge of Commvault and enterprise backup environments.
• Experience with SOLIDserver EfficientIP.
• Knowledge of Ivanti MobileIron MDM, Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, and Ivanti Endpoint Manager.
• Experience with Workspace ONE and Horizon.
• Knowledge of OCI is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks.
• Strong patching and vulnerability remediation capabilities.
• Proactive approach to infrastructure management and problem resolution.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.
