Job Overview

Applab is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale advanced artificial intelligence solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on developing intelligent, reliable, and scalable AI systems using large language models (LLMs), conversational agents, and end-to-end AI pipelines.

The successful candidate will work across multiple data modalities, including text, documents, images, and audio, while contributing to the development and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions. The position requires strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex AI requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Build and deploy solutions using large language models (LLMs).
• Develop intelligent conversational agents and AI-powered applications.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines.
• Develop AI solutions capable of processing text, documents, images, and audio.
• Build reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI systems.
• Integrate AI technologies into enterprise applications and workflows.
• Evaluate AI solutions for performance, reliability, scalability, and effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across AI systems and pipelines.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of AI architectures and implementations.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence / AI Engineering.
• Experience designing and building scalable AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based AI environments.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience developing conversational AI agents.
• Knowledge of end-to-end AI pipelines and AI solution deployment.
• Experience working with multiple data modalities, including:

• Strong software engineering and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to design reliable and scalable production AI systems.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and development practices.
