Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Quantity Surveying professionals to join a construction team in Dubai, UAE. Two opportunities are available: Quantity Surveyor for experienced professionals with 5–8 years of UAE construction experience, and Junior Quantity Surveyor for candidates with 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience.

The roles are suited to Civil Engineering graduates with a strong understanding of quantity surveying and construction practices. Experience in high-rise residential projects is preferred for both positions.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveyor

• Apply quantity surveying principles to construction projects.
• Support measurement and assessment of construction works.
• Review project quantities and relevant construction documentation.
• Apply knowledge of construction practices to quantity surveying activities.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders regarding quantities and commercial requirements.
• Support effective cost and quantity management throughout project execution.
• Contribute to accurate project documentation and reporting.

Junior Quantity Surveyor

• Assist with quantity surveying activities across construction projects.
• Support measurement and review of construction quantities.
• Assist with quantity-related documentation and project records.
• Apply fundamental quantity surveying principles to construction activities.
• Coordinate with senior quantity surveying and project teams.
• Develop practical knowledge of construction measurement and commercial processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Quantity Surveyor

• Bachelor’s/Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of UAE construction experience.
• Experience in high-rise residential projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying and construction practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Gender: Male.

Junior Quantity Surveyor

• Bachelor’s/Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of UAE construction experience.
• Experience in high-rise residential projects is preferred.
• Good understanding of Quantity Surveying and construction practices.
• Strong willingness to develop technical and commercial expertise.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Quantity Surveyor

Salary: AED 6,000–10,000 per month

Junior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: AED 4,000–6,000 per month
