Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise civil construction activities and labor crews on a construction project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for ensuring that site activities are executed according to approved drawings, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

The successful candidate will coordinate daily manpower and material requirements with the Site Engineer while overseeing activities such as blockwork, plastering, tiling, finishing, and external works. Residential and villa project experience is preferred.

This position provides an opportunity for experienced construction professionals to strengthen their expertise in site supervision, workforce coordination, construction execution, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise labor crews performing civil construction activities.
• Oversee blockwork, plastering, tiling, finishing, and external works.
• Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor daily work progress against project schedules.
• Ensure site activities comply with required safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate daily manpower requirements with the Site Engineer.
• Coordinate material requirements and availability with the Site Engineer.
• Monitor the quality and progress of civil works.
• Support efficient execution of construction activities at the project site.
• Report work progress, site requirements, and relevant issues to the Site Engineer.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma, ITI, or equivalent qualification.
• 6+ years of experience in civil construction.
• Residential and villa project experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience supervising civil activities and labor crews.
• Knowledge of blockwork, plastering, tiling, finishing, and external works.
• Ability to interpret and work according to construction drawings.
• Good manpower and material coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Site Engineers and project teams.
• Candidates should be Free Visa Holders.
• Updated CV, experience certificates, and educational certificates are required.
• Training certificates should be provided where applicable.
