Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist – SAP to join the team in Kuala Lumpur on a permanent, onsite basis. The ideal candidate will combine strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and SAP technologies with practical experience delivering solutions in enterprise IT environments.

The successful candidate will work with AI solutions within or around the SAP ecosystem, supporting innovation and the development or implementation of AI-enabled business solutions. Experience in SAP AMS or project environments is required, while knowledge of SAP BTP, S/4HANA, SAP HANA, AI/ML, GenAI, and LLM technologies is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support AI and Generative AI solutions within or around the SAP ecosystem.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.
• Apply AI technologies to enhance SAP-related business processes and applications.
• Collaborate with SAP and IT teams on AI-enabled initiatives.
• Support the implementation and integration of AI solutions with enterprise SAP environments.
• Evaluate emerging AI, ML, GenAI, and LLM technologies for potential enterprise applications.
• Contribute to solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure reliable operation of AI solutions.
• Participate in SAP project or AMS environments as required.
• Apply strong technical and analytical skills to solve complex business and technology challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across AI and SAP solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of IT experience.
• Strong experience in AI, Generative AI, or AI solutions.
• Solid SAP experience in either AMS or project environments.
• Experience working with AI solutions within or around the SAP ecosystem.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the following is an advantage:
  • SAP BTP
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP HANA
  • AI/ML
  • Generative AI
  • LLM technologies
• Ability to work effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Malaysian nationality is required.
