Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect to join a project team in Sharjah, UAE, on a two-year contract. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural BIM workflows and strong proficiency in Revit Architecture, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

The successful candidate will contribute to BIM coordination, architectural modeling, project documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Experience working with Revit 2025 and above is required, while additional skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp will provide an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Revit Architecture.
• Support BIM-based architectural project workflows and deliverables.
• Coordinate architectural models using Navisworks Manage.
• Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for project collaboration and information management.
• Prepare and update BIM models and associated project documentation.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination and identify potential design or modeling conflicts.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements and established standards.
• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, BIM teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Apply Revit 2025 and above capabilities to project modeling and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of BIM workflows and project delivery processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch.
• Hands-on project experience with Revit Architecture.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Experience with Revit version 2025 and above is required.
• Additional experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural BIM workflows and coordination.
• Good technical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
