Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Autodesk Civil 3D for dry utility infrastructure.
• Model and coordinate utility networks, including electrical, telecommunications, street lighting, and related infrastructure utilities.
• Prepare and review Civil 3D models, drawings, and associated technical deliverables.
• Support infrastructure BIM workflows and multidisciplinary utility coordination.
• Coordinate dry utility models with other disciplines to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Participate in clash detection and support the resolution of coordination issues.
• Ensure models and drawings meet project requirements and established BIM standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and project teams to deliver coordinated utility solutions.
• Support infrastructure, roads, and utility projects through accurate and timely BIM deliverables.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Proven experience in Dry Utilities BIM modeling and coordination.
• Practical experience with electrical, telecommunications, street lighting, and related utility networks.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure BIM workflows and utility coordination.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Civil 3D models and technical drawings.
• Experience with clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination is preferred.
• Infrastructure, roads, and utility project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong technical coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must demonstrate clear and relevant Civil 3D experience specifically related to Dry Utilities.
