A company in Jeddah is seeking an ambitious and organized Human Resources Officer to support its human resources and personnel operations. The successful candidate will support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews and onboarding processes, maintain employee records, assist with training and development programs, and prepare HR reports using Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities and coordinate recruitment processes.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout different stages of recruitment.
  • Coordinate job interviews and support new employee joining procedures.
  • Assist with the coordination and implementation of training and development programs.
  • Maintain and update employee data, records, and personnel files.
  • Ensure employee information is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
  • Prepare HR reports and perform employee-data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Provide day-to-day support for human resources and personnel operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 0–1 year of work experience in human resources.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and recruitment-process management.
  • Knowledge of training and development processes and coordination of training programs.
  • Very good spoken and written English skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and employee-data tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle employee information professionally and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
