Job Overview

Al Turath Engineering Consultant LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Inspector for a villas project associated with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) in Hatta, Dubai. The position is suited to experienced civil engineering and construction professionals with strong UAE project exposure and residential construction experience.

The successful candidate will support inspection and quality-control activities across the villas project, ensuring construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards. Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and practical site inspection experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of civil construction activities on the villas project.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Inspect construction materials, workmanship, and completed works.
• Identify construction defects, quality issues, and non-conformities.
• Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Review and monitor corrective actions for identified construction issues.
• Maintain inspection records, reports, and relevant project documentation.
• Support quality-control and project-compliance requirements.
• Ensure construction activities follow applicable project standards and procedures.
• Report site observations and inspection findings to the relevant project management team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of total professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience.
• Proven experience with villas or residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and inspection procedures.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
