Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps CI/CD Engineer with 8–12 years of professional experience for an opportunity in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on designing, automating, monitoring, securing, and troubleshooting continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines across modern enterprise technology environments.

The successful candidate will work with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting technologies including Bash, Python, and Go. The position also involves integrating security into CI/CD workflows and working with monitoring, observability, and application security tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Black Duck, Fortify, and CodeDx.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
  • Automate software build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
  • Manage Git repositories and implement effective version control practices.
  • Develop infrastructure and deployment automation using Ansible.
  • Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, and Go.
  • Integrate security practices and controls into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement and maintain DevSecOps processes across software delivery workflows.
  • Integrate application security and code analysis tools including Black Duck, Fortify, and CodeDx.
  • Monitor CI/CD pipelines and identify performance, reliability, and deployment issues.
  • Work with Prometheus, Grafana, ScienceLogic, SolarWinds, and ELK for monitoring and observability.
  • Troubleshoot pipeline failures, deployment issues, infrastructure problems, and integration challenges.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
  • Continuously improve automation, security, monitoring, and deployment processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of professional experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD engineering, or a related technology role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines and Jenkins.
  • Strong knowledge of Git and version control.
  • Experience with Ansible automation.
  • Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Bash, Python, and/or Go scripting.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Knowledge of ScienceLogic, SolarWinds, and ELK is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps and security integration.
  • Experience with Black Duck, Fortify, and CodeDx.
  • Strong pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
