Job Overview

A leading contracting company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh. The position is designed for a qualified construction professional with a strong background in managing complex projects from initial planning and execution through completion.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource management, cost control, quality management, risk management, and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to ensure projects meet established timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all stages of construction project implementation from inception to completion.

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure project objectives and KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, resources, and potential risks.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.
• Prepare periodic project progress reports for senior management.
• Monitor compliance with company standards, specifications, safety requirements, and internal policies.
• Manage project resources efficiently and optimize project execution.
• Support effective decision-making and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the contracting and construction sector.
• Saudi nationality is required.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing and implementing construction projects from inception through completion.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
• Experience in project cost control and resource management.
• Strong understanding of quality management and risk management.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of construction project execution.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple project requirements while maintaining quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives.
