Job Overview

Expertise Company (CJSC) is seeking a highly experienced and Saudi Aramco-approved QA Manager for an upcoming Saudi Aramco project in various locations across Saudi Arabia. The position will lead project-level Quality Assurance and Quality Management activities and ensure that project execution complies with applicable Saudi Aramco requirements, approved quality plans, procedures, specifications, and industry standards.

The successful candidate will oversee the Project Quality Management System (QMS), lead multidisciplinary QA/QC teams, coordinate quality activities with Saudi Aramco representatives and project stakeholders, and manage audits, NCRs, corrective actions, quality performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Extensive experience in major industrial, Oil & Gas, EPC, or Saudi Aramco projects is essential.

The one-year project provides an opportunity for an experienced quality professional to strengthen expertise in project quality management, Saudi Aramco standards, quality audits, compliance, and multidisciplinary leadership. Continued professional development, quality management training, relevant certification, and advanced project quality experience can support long-term career growth toward senior quality leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall Project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure project activities comply with Saudi Aramco requirements, approved quality plans, procedures, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor project QA policies, plans, procedures, and quality objectives.
• Lead internal and external quality audits.
• Monitor audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Manage NCRs, quality observations, root-cause analysis, and preventive and corrective actions.
• Monitor project quality performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Coordinate quality activities with Saudi Aramco representatives, project management, engineering, construction, procurement, and QC teams.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary QA/QC teams throughout project execution.
• Prepare management reports and quality KPI reports.
• Monitor compliance with project quality objectives and requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement across project quality processes.
• Develop and maintain a strong quality culture throughout project execution.
• Ensure quality documentation and records are maintained accurately and in accordance with project requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Saudi Aramco approval for the relevant QA Manager position is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a QA Manager.
• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management.
• Experience in major industrial, Oil & Gas, EPC, or Saudi Aramco projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco quality standards, specifications, procedures, and project requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary QA/QC teams.
• Strong experience in quality planning and quality management systems.
• Experience conducting and managing internal and external quality audits.
• Strong knowledge of compliance monitoring and quality performance management.
• Experience managing NCRs, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent coordination, communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, project management, engineering, construction, procurement, and QC teams.
• Must be prepared for immediate mobilization.
