Job Overview

Sorrah Food Production Co. is seeking an experienced Logistics & Operations Specialist to manage and optimize the logistics and operational activities of its online store. The role will oversee the complete order fulfillment cycle, from order receipt and processing through shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring efficient and reliable e-commerce operations.

The successful candidate will coordinate closely with warehouses, shipping and logistics companies, customer service, and the online store team to maintain product availability, improve order fulfillment, manage delivery performance, and resolve operational issues. The position also involves monitoring logistics costs, analyzing operational KPIs, preparing reports, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily online store order operations from receipt through processing, shipping, and delivery.
• Oversee the complete order fulfillment cycle and identify operational delays.
• Coordinate with warehouses to ensure accurate order processing and product availability.
• Monitor inventory availability and work to reduce out-of-stock situations.
• Manage shipping and delivery operations in coordination with logistics and shipping companies.
• Monitor the service quality and delivery performance of shipping partners.
• Follow up on delayed, lost, and returned orders and implement corrective actions.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure efficient resolution.
• Monitor shipping company performance against quality, delivery speed, and service KPIs.
• Manage operational relationships with shipping and logistics providers.
• Monitor shipping and logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Prepare and analyze periodic reports covering orders, shipping, delivery, inventory, and returns.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for online store operations.
• Coordinate continuously between the online store, warehouses, shipping companies, and customer service teams.
• Manage urgent and special orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Supervise the operational team, distribute responsibilities, and monitor productivity.
• Identify opportunities to reduce order fulfillment time and improve the customer experience.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics and e-commerce operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in logistics or e-commerce operations.
• Experience managing orders, shipping, delivery, returns, and inventory.
• Practical experience coordinating with shipping and logistics companies.
• Good knowledge of order management systems, inventory management systems, and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience preparing and analyzing operational reports.
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and direct operational teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing and demanding environment.
• Direct experience in the e-commerce sector is preferred.
