Job Overview

HAMF Energy Services is seeking an experienced Slickline Supervisor to support its oil and gas operations in the United Arab Emirates. The position is designed for an experienced Slickline professional with a strong technical background and proven supervisory experience in field-based Slickline operations.

The Slickline Supervisor will oversee Slickline activities, provide technical leadership, support well completion and pressure-control operations, and ensure effective troubleshooting in the field. The role also carries responsibility for site safety management, team coordination, and maintaining high operational standards throughout Slickline activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Slickline operations and field activities.
• Provide technical leadership to Slickline teams during operations.
• Ensure Slickline activities are performed safely and in accordance with approved procedures.
• Support well completion and pressure-control operations.
• Troubleshoot Slickline equipment and operational challenges.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate field activities with clients, site teams, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure Slickline tools and equipment are properly prepared and maintained.
• Conduct and support pre-job planning, operational briefings, and safety meetings.
• Monitor compliance with HSE policies and site safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational and safety documentation.
• Provide guidance and technical support to Slickline personnel.
• Report operational issues, incidents, and equipment concerns to appropriate management.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout field operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on Slickline Operations experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a Slickline Supervisor.
• Strong technical knowledge of well completion operations.
• Strong understanding of pressure-control systems and procedures.
• Proven Slickline troubleshooting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Slickline tools, equipment, and field operations.
• Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Strong site safety and HSE management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in field-based oil and gas environments.
• Relevant Slickline, well intervention, pressure-control, or HSE certifications are advantageous.
• Must be currently residing or working in the UAE.
