Job Overview

SLS BIM International is expanding its team and seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to join its BIM engineering team in the UAE. The position is suitable for professionals with strong Building Information Modeling experience who can contribute to BIM projects and support the development and coordination of accurate digital building models.

The BIM Modeler will work in an on-site environment and contribute to BIM modeling activities across projects in the region. Candidates with UAE-based BIM modeling experience will be particularly relevant for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models according to project requirements.
• Support BIM modeling activities throughout project delivery.
• Produce and update digital building models and associated project information.
• Coordinate BIM model requirements with project teams and relevant disciplines.
• Review models for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
• Identify and address modeling issues during project development.
• Follow established BIM workflows, modeling standards, and project procedures.
• Support BIM coordination and information exchange between project stakeholders.
• Maintain organized BIM files and project documentation.
• Contribute to efficient project delivery through accurate and timely modeling work.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience in the UAE.
• Strong practical knowledge of BIM modeling processes.
• Experience working on construction, engineering, or related BIM projects.
