Job Overview

An opportunity is available for a Project Engineer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Saudi National with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and relevant project management experience. The role involves managing electrical and manufacturing projects from order handover through final delivery and project closeout.

The Project Engineer will coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Finance. The position will also oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, technical submissions, factory acceptance testing, delivery activities, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from order handover through final delivery and closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Finance.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and coordinate project execution activities.
• Manage technical submissions and ensure required documentation is completed.
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Ensure project deliverables meet applicable quality standards.
• Support project closeout activities and completion of required documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management.
• Experience in electrical or manufacturing projects is preferred.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and multidisciplinary internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities and meet deadlines.
