Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on recruitment, appointment, and employee termination procedures.
- Prepare and maintain employee contracts and personnel files.
- Manage and update employee job and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, departure, vacations, and employee absences.
- Follow up on salary and employee entitlement procedures.
- Coordinate payroll-related HR matters with relevant departments.
- Manage HR processes through government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, and other relevant platforms.
- Follow up on employee performance evaluations.
- Monitor probationary periods and related HR procedures.
- Ensure HR documentation and employee records are maintained accurately.
- Support compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate with employees and departments to resolve HR-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous professional experience in Human Resources.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi labor system and relevant government platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
