Key Responsibilities

IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

• Provide technical support and assistance to users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and IT service issues.
• Respond to IT support requests and maintain appropriate service records.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Support users with troubleshooting and basic system-related issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical teams.
• Maintain professional service standards and support IT operational requirements.

Network Engineer

• Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and identify connectivity or infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot network-related problems and support timely resolution.
• Assist with network security and infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation and network records.
• Coordinate with relevant teams during network installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Support compliance with applicable technical and operational requirements.

IT Asset Management Specialist

• Maintain accurate records of IT hardware, software, and other technology assets.
• Track asset allocation, movement, lifecycle, and status.
• Support inventory management and asset reconciliation.
• Coordinate IT equipment deployment and collection.
• Maintain asset-related documentation and records.
• Support IT asset lifecycle processes and internal controls.
• Coordinate with IT teams and relevant departments regarding asset requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Omani Nationality is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Relevant technical knowledge according to the position applied for.
• Network Engineer: CCNA or CCNP certification is required/relevant.
• Helpdesk and IT Asset Management: ITIL and/or A+ certification is relevant.
• Valid HSE certifications are required for site visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within professional IT teams.
• Willingness to undertake site visits where required.
