Job Overview
Flint International is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support networking-related project delivery in Al Malqa, Riyadh. The role combines basic technical knowledge of networking, IT support, and firewalls with a strong focus on project coordination, activity tracking, reporting, stakeholder communication, and timely closure of project actions.
The successful candidate will spend approximately 25% of the role on technical coordination and 75% on project coordination activities. Key responsibilities include monitoring project deliverables, tracking timelines and pending actions, coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders, preparing project reports and presentations, and maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on networking project activities and deliverables.
- Track project progress, milestones, timelines, and pending action items.
- Coordinate effectively with technical teams, project stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely completion and closure of action items.
- Support networking-related project delivery and technical coordination activities.
- Apply basic technical knowledge of networking, IT support, and firewalls to support project execution.
- Prepare regular project updates, status reports, presentations, and tracking documents.
- Maintain accurate project records, trackers, and documentation.
- Use Microsoft Excel to track project activities, timelines, deliverables, and outstanding actions.
- Prepare professional presentations and project updates using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Escalate delays, risks, and unresolved issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Support effective communication between technical teams and project stakeholders.
- Manage multiple activities and priorities while maintaining project timelines.
- Contribute to efficient project administration and reporting processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Basic technical knowledge of networking, IT support, and firewalls.
- Strong understanding of technical project coordination and delivery processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience monitoring project activities, timelines, deliverables, and action items.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up capabilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prepare clear project reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
- Own car is mandatory.
- Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Relevant project management, networking, IT, or coordination certifications are advantageous.
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
The offered salary for this position is SAR 8,000–10,000.
