Job Overview

Aintisar Technology LLC is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join its technology team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with hands-on experience working with the TAMM platform and a solid understanding of web development standards and Digital Government Entity (DGE) requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications that meet client requirements while maintaining high standards of performance, quality, responsiveness, security, and maintainability. The role requires strong frontend development capabilities combined with backend expertise in Java, .NET, or Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications.
• Develop frontend solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Implement backend services using Java, .NET, or Python.
• Develop and maintain applications aligned with TAMM platform requirements.
• Ensure applications comply with applicable DGE standards and web development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Optimize application performance, quality, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Identify technical bottlenecks and troubleshoot application issues.
• Diagnose and resolve software defects and production bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain established coding standards.
• Work with RESTful APIs and web services where required.
• Maintain clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable application code.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, development frameworks, and industry trends.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 3–7 years of relevant software development experience, with stronger consideration for candidates meeting the stated 5–7 year experience preference.
• Hands-on experience with the TAMM platform is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Professional experience with at least one backend technology: Java, .NET, or Python.
• Strong understanding of DGE standards and digital government development requirements.
• Proficiency in ReactJS is a mandatory requirement and a key selection criterion.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and web development standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git and other version control systems.
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Relevant professional certifications in software development, cloud technologies, or related areas are advantageous.
