Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Procurement Officer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The role is responsible for supporting procurement and purchasing activities, including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, purchase order management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates with procurement experience in construction, manufacturing, factory, warehouse, trading, or related industries are encouraged to apply. Relevant procurement experience gained in the UAE or the candidate’s home country is acceptable, provided the candidate is currently based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, availability, and business requirements.
• Request and compare supplier quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials and products.
• Maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with budgets.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Support the procurement process from sourcing through order fulfillment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Candidates with experience in construction, manufacturing, factory, warehouse, trading, or related industries are welcome.
• Procurement experience gained in the UAE or home country is acceptable.
• Candidates must currently be present in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of supplier sourcing and quotation comparison.
• Strong negotiation and purchasing skills.
• Experience managing purchase orders.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage procurement activities efficiently and within budget.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary: Up to AED 7,000
