Job Overview

Linnk Group is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to support the launch of a consumer product in Saudi Arabia. The role combines product management, product ownership, user acceptance testing, customer experience validation, and launch readiness, with a strong focus on understanding digital customer expectations in the GCC market.

The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive UAT cycles, validate customer journeys, identify usability gaps, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Localization teams. Previous experience working as a Product Owner in the UAE is mandatory, while current residency in Saudi Arabia is also required.

This six-month opportunity, with potential extension, offers valuable exposure to consumer product launches, digital customer experience, structured testing, and product delivery across the GCC. Relevant product management, Agile, UAT, QA, or customer experience certifications and professional development can support long-term career growth toward Senior Product Manager, Product Lead, or Product Ownership leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain comprehensive UAT test cases for product features.
• Plan and execute end-to-end UAT cycles.
• Document testing findings, defects, and validation results.
• Validate customer journeys and user experiences for Saudi consumers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Localization teams.
• Identify usability gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support product launch readiness and release validation.
• Manage defects and coordinate resolution with relevant technical teams.
• Evaluate product features against customer and business requirements.
• Contribute to structured testing and product validation activities throughout the launch lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, QA, UAT, or Customer Experience Validation.
• Previous experience working as a Product Owner in the UAE is mandatory.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with structured testing, defect management, and release validation.
• Strong understanding of UAE digital customer behavior and user expectations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and technology teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Voice or AI-enabled products.
• Localization testing experience.
• Consumer product launch experience.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project and testing tools.
