Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology projects for a banking client. The role requires strong expertise in end-to-end API system implementation, Fraud Management System (FMS) implementation, and integration with banking channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technology projects from initiation through successful delivery, coordinating stakeholders, managing implementation activities, and ensuring project objectives are achieved within agreed requirements and timelines. Strong experience in banking technology environments and complex system integrations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex banking technology projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Lead end-to-end API system implementation projects.
• Manage Fraud Management System (FMS) implementation activities.
• Coordinate integration of technology solutions with banking channels.
• Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with business, technology, vendors, banking stakeholders, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Ensure project requirements and implementation objectives are clearly defined and delivered.
• Support issue resolution and stakeholder coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure successful project closure and transition to operational teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the banking or financial services domain.
• Strong experience managing complex technology implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end API system implementation.
• Experience with Fraud Management System (FMS) implementation.
• Experience integrating technology solutions with banking channels.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong understanding of banking technology environments and enterprise systems.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is beneficial.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 30 days’ notice are required.
