Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI-Enabled Full Stack Engineer for a C2C contract opportunity within the healthcare technology sector. The role is designed for a highly skilled software professional with strong front-end development expertise and a substantial background in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, and WebFlux.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and integration of modern enterprise applications, APIs, and web services. The position requires hands-on experience with contemporary front-end frameworks, Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Copilot Chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications for enterprise healthcare environments.
  • Build responsive and high-quality front-end solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks.
  • Develop backend applications and services using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, and WebFlux.
  • Design, develop, and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Build and maintain APIs and support complex system integrations.
  • Work with Microsoft Azure services to develop and support cloud-based applications.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Use GitHub Copilot, Copilot Chat, and other AI-assisted development tools where appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Follow secure coding, testing, version-control, and software engineering best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of front-end development experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of overall software development experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of Java/J2EE experience.
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, and WebFlux.
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
  • Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong experience developing RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Minimum 5 years of API development and integration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and Copilot Chat or comparable AI-assisted development tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a professional healthcare technology environment.
  • Healthcare domain experience is preferred.
  • AEM experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools is an advantage.
  • Relevant software engineering, cloud, or technology certifications are beneficial.
