Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Crane Lifting / Rigging Supervisor to support long-term industrial operations in Ras Laffan, Qatar. This opportunity is suited to a lifting and rigging professional with mandatory Oil & Gas project experience and a strong practical understanding of lifting operations, rigging practices, and industrial safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise crane lifting and rigging operations on industrial projects.
• Coordinate daily lifting and rigging activities with project and site teams.
• Ensure lifting operations are conducted in accordance with approved procedures.
• Monitor rigging activities and ensure appropriate lifting practices are followed.
• Verify that lifting operations comply with applicable safety requirements.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, lifting teams, supervisors, and other site personnel.
• Monitor lifting activities and identify potential operational or safety risks.
• Ensure appropriate rigging practices are followed for different lifting requirements.
• Support safe planning and execution of lifting operations.
• Report lifting-related issues and coordinate corrective actions where required.
• Maintain effective communication between lifting teams and project management.
• Promote safe working practices across all lifting and rigging activities.
• Support compliance with Oil & Gas project requirements and site procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Crane Lifting Supervisor, Rigging Supervisor, or similar role.
• Mandatory Oil & Gas project experience.
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations and rigging practices.
• Good understanding of lifting safety standards and procedures.
• Proven experience supervising lifting and rigging activities on industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of safe lifting practices and operational requirements.
• Strong supervisory, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage lifting activities in a demanding industrial environment.
• Candidates must be locally available in Qatar.
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory.
• Relevant lifting, rigging, or safety certifications are advantageous.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary Options:

• QAR 6,500 + FAT
• QAR 9,500 Full Package
