Job Overview

Al Masaood is seeking an experienced Project / Site Civil Engineer to join its contracting team in Dubai, UAE. This opportunity is designed for a civil engineering professional with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry and the ability to contribute effectively to project and site execution activities.

The successful candidate will support civil engineering and construction operations at project sites, ensuring that engineering activities are coordinated effectively and delivered in accordance with project requirements, quality standards, and established construction practices. UAE project experience is a key requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support civil engineering activities across construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise site execution activities in accordance with project requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure activities follow approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the UAE.
• Relevant experience in civil construction and site/project engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong project coordination and site management capabilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
